CLP stands for Classification, Labelling and Packaging, the regulation governing how chemical products must be classified, labelled and packaged for sale. Great Britain follows GB CLP, while Northern Ireland and the EU follow EU CLP. It determines the hazard pictograms, signal words and statements your labels must display.

Yes, Great Britain and the EU maintain separate regulatory regimes. An SDS for the GB market must reference UK REACH and GB CLP, with a UK supplier address and emergency contact. Selling into both markets typically requires two versions of your SDS.
