Working with a chemical manufacturer who has invested heavily in state-of-the-art machinery is as equally as valuable investment for you as it is for them. Precision filling machines that can accurately dispense the same volume of chemicals with every bottle is essential. Labels accurately applied keeping the brand uniform and consistent.
Machinery that operates at speed, filling multiple containers at once maximising load time and manufacturing efficiency, which improves order completion and delivery schedules supporting your fast-paced operational requirements.
Blending and Mixing Equipment for Consistent Formulations
At the heart of any reliable chemical manufacturing operation is the ability to blend and mix formulations with absolute consistency, batch after batch. Leading Solvents has invested in a range of industrial stainless steel mixing vessels designed for producing complex chemical formulations to exacting standards.
With vessel capacities ranging from 1 tonne up to 4 tonnes, giving the flexibility to match the right equipment to the right job. This is a significant advantage for customers, as it means we can cater to large volume orders whilst also fulfilling smaller batch requirements without compromising on quality or lead times. Whether you need a full tanker load or a more modest production run, choosing a manufacturer with this kind of scalable blending capability ensures your formulations remain consistent.
Filling, Packaging and Labelling Lines

Once a formulation is blended, getting it into the right container, accurately filled and professionally labelled, is just as critical as the chemistry itself. Leading Solvents operates a suite of specialist filling, packaging and labelling equipment built to meet the speed and volume demands of modern industry.
Our VIPF1000 8 head ATEX filler uses a servo-driven volumetric pump with integrated capping and front and rear labelling, handling a wide range of container sizes with speed and precision. This is supported by five HIPF1000 A1 ATEX horizontal volumetric fillers, semi-automated machines that can connect directly to an IBC, giving us real flexibility when smaller quantities are required.
For 5 litre orders, our Karmelle twin-head filler automatically fills two tins or polys simultaneously, complete with its own labelling system, whilst flux pumps allow us to transfer product from IBCs into 25L tins, polys and 205L drums with ease. Dedicated label applicator machines then ensure every single container leaves our facility labelled accurately and professionally, front and rear. For customers, this translates into faster turnaround times, dependable accuracy, and the confidence that whether you order a pallet or a single drum, your product arrives filled, sealed and labelled to the same standard every time.
Specialist machinery is only part of the equation. Equally essential are the highly skilled operatives who manage our production lines day in, day out. Our team is committed to precision and accuracy at every stage, applying a sharp eye for detail and constant vigilance to every container that passes through the line.
This hands-on expertise underpins a strict quality control process carried out on every single batch, ensuring that nothing leaves our facility without meeting the standards our customers expect.
Container sizes and chemical volume
The ability to fill a broad spectrum of container sizes is a genuine advantage for customers, particularly those looking to white label or private label their own product range.
A detailing brand, for example, may require trigger sprays or bottles in smaller formats such as 250ml, while an industrial customer may need the same formulation supplied in bulk. Leading Solvents can accommodate both ends of the scale, offering container sizes from 125ml right up to 205L drums, plus IBCs for larger volumes.
Our full range covers 125ml, 250ml, 300ml, 500ml, 600ml and 1L formats alongside 5L, 20L and 25L containers, giving customers complete flexibility to package their products in the sizes their market demands, all from a single supplier.
Logistics, Fleet and Distribution Resources
Manufacturing capability means little without the logistics to match, which is why Leading Solvents operates a reliable in-house logistics service providing convenient collection and delivery nationwide. Managing distribution ourselves gives us greater control over lead times, handling and the condition in which your products arrive, whilst our ADR-certified operation ensures hazardous goods are transported safely and in full compliance with regulations.
This in-house fleet is supported by a small number of specially selected courier partners, chosen for their proven reliability, allowing us to scale deliveries and maintain dependable service levels whatever the order size or destination. It is another reason customers trust Leading Solvents as a reliable supplier: one partner handles the blending, filling, labelling and delivery of your products from our facility straight to your door.
Choosing a chemical supplier is about far more than price per litre. It is about the confidence that comes from knowing your products are blended in purpose-built mixing vessels, filled and labelled by specialist machinery, checked by experienced operatives at every stage, and delivered reliably to your door.
At Leading Solvents, decades of investment in equipment, people and logistics have created a manufacturing operation capable of serving everything from small white label runs to bulk industrial orders, all without compromising on consistency or quality.
